We recommend starting your bridal gown search approximately 9-12 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for browsing, trying on dresses, and accommodating any alterations that may be needed. However, we understand that timelines vary, and we are here to assist brides at any stage of their wedding planning journey.

To make the most of your bridal appointment, we recommend bringing nude undergarments, any specific accessories you plan to wear (such as shoes or a veil), and photos or inspiration of dresses you love. Feel free to bring along trusted friends or family members whose opinions you value.

Bridal appointments at Sofia Bella typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. This allows ample time for trying on dresses, discussing preferences with your consultant, and making decisions. If you require additional time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our bridal boutique carries a range of sample sizes to accommodate various body types, typically ranging from size 2 to size 30. While we strive to provide options for all brides, please note that our sample sizes may vary depending on availability.

We do not offer in-house alterations services. However, we can provide recommendations for trusted seamstresses in the area who specialize in bridal alterations. Our consultants can guide you through the alteration process and advise on any adjustments that may be needed to ensure your gown fits perfectly for your special day.

While we love children, we recommend arranging childcare for your bridal appointment to ensure a focused and enjoyable experience for you and other brides. Our boutique environment may not be suitable for young children, and we want to ensure that all brides receive the attention they deserve during their appointment.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash payments. Please note that we require a deposit to place orders, with the remaining balance due upon gown pickup.

We do offer financing options for wedding dresses. Our required deposit for all gowns is 60%, with the remaining balance due upon pickup. We are willing to work with our brides and payment plans, please inquire with our staff for more information.

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage brides to carefully consider their purchase and ask any questions before making a decision. If you have concerns about your gown, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.
