Q: Are you open during the coronavirus pandemic?
A: We have in-store appointments available. We also follow CDC and L.A. County guidelines.
Q: How does a wedding gown size compare to my normal size?
A: Everyone’s body is unique and so are the dresses, but generally you add two sizes for a bridal gown. If you are a size 12, then a size 14 gown will probably fit you. Our stylists will help you find the perfect dress regardless of size.
Q: Where do you get your dresses?
A: We carry customizable and off-the-rack gowns. Our dresses come from designers in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago.
Q: What designers to you carry?
A: Allure, Mori Lee, Bonny Bridal and Mary’s Bridal are some of the lines we carry.
Q: What is the price range of the dresses?
A: Our signature and customizable gown collection can fit most any budget. Contact us about payment plan options that we also have.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We typically carry sizes from 2-30. If you have special sizing needs, please call us and we will work with you.
Q: Are the dresses new or used?
A: All of our dresses are new.
Q: What does off-the-rack mean?
A: You can select a dress and take it with you.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: It’s best to make an appointment so your stylist can assist you in selecting dresses.
Q: Do you accept walk ins?
A: We accept walk ins, but those with appointments have priority.
Q: Can I make an appointment on the days you are closed or outside your posted hours?
A: Yes, we’re happy to work around your schedule. Please email or call us for an appointment.
Q: How many people can I bring to my appointment?
A: Due to COVID, we request the bride bring no more than three people. We can Zoom or Facetime others who would like to attend.
Q: How can I make an appointment?
A: We accept appointments in person and via phone, email and our online appointment form via our website or Facebook.
Q: Do you charge for appointments?
A: We do not charge for appointments, but unfortunately, due to the number of last minute cancellations, we do charge a cancellation fee.
Q: I don’t like the dress I bought. Can I return it?
A: All sales are final.
Q: Can you offer me a discount?
A: We offer veterans, first responders and essential workers a 10% discount. One discount per customer. We offer you best discount available and do not stack discounts.
Q: Do you do layaway?
A: We’re happy to work with you, so please contact us for details.
Q: Do you do alterations?
A: We do not do alternations, but we can recommend a seamstress we work with.
